“曦城”位于深圳西部，别墅区总占地2.3平方公里， 是由华侨城地产与招商地产共同投资50亿打造的全国最大纯别墅住宅区，由美国DDG公司担纲整个曦城的规划设计。设计师黄赫参与设计，以更质朴更纯粹的风格，白色主打加憨憨的形体表达，体现浓郁的乡土西班牙白色风情小镇。

The project is located in the west of Shenzhen covering an area of 2.3 square kilometers, which is the biggest pure villa residential area co-invested by OCT and Merchants property, and USA DDG Company takes the responsibilities for planning and design. The project successfully reflects a Spanish town flavor full of local taste with white as the theme color and exotic flavor shape.
