Owner Demand

本案常住屋主一家三口，小朋友目前10岁，周末、寒暑假期间老人会过来照看孩子，因此要保留三房功能。对于新家，屋主希望设计上尽可能简约、自然、宽敞 、舒适、融洽；功能上屋主希望有尽可能多的收纳空间，除此以外还希望有一个较大的空间可以供孩子学习玩耍。

本案原始结构就是很不错的横厅布局，因此在功能结构方面，设计师保留了房屋原有的基本状态，仅在功能布置上进行了微调，同时优化了全屋动线及功能。

色彩定调

Color Setting

L形原木色储物柜+一字型鞋吧设计，精致简洁，容量可观，轻松将杂乱藏于无形，空间更为清爽通透。鞋吧上的绿植在射灯的点缀下，也为空间带来别样的精致视觉感。

L-shaped log color storage cabinet + A-shaped shoe bar design, exquisite and simple, with considerable capacity, easily hide the clutter in the invisible.

开门见厅的格局，让客厅空间变得缺乏隐私，为了缓和一进门的仓促感和一览无余，设计师在全然开阔的公区以一排垂直木格栅做隔断。木质隔断简约温润，在光影的映射下也让空间增加了一份灵动意境美。

The pattern of open door to the living room makes the living room lack privacy. In order to ease the rush of entering the door and have a clear view.

餐厅区域选用大面积低饱和度的原木色和纯净的白色进行搭配，设计师精心挑选的圆角木质餐椅与无菱角原木长桌，减少拥挤和磕碰，围合起一家人的就餐的温度与礼序。

The dining room area is matched with large-area low saturation log color and pure white.

作为日常用餐的地方，餐具、酒品、杂物等众多，为了让空间规整，设计师沿墙打造了一整壁餐边柜，用于分担储物压力，半开放格加灯带的设计，让餐边柜瞬间成为餐厅的一道靓丽风景。

In order to make the space orderly, the designer has built a whole wall of sideboard along the wall to share the storage pressure.

深浅不一的原木色调，在自然光的映射下，沉淀着低调静雅的韵味，透过室内摆放的绿植往里瞧，两盏蘑菇灯与蕾丝餐布相映成趣，美如画卷。

Under the reflection of natural light, the tones of logs with different depths and shades precipitate a low-key and elegant charm.

客厅整体以大面积的白色为主色调，辅之以低饱和度的原木色，融入线条柔和的家具和生机盎然的绿植，营造出悠闲自在的空间氛围。

The living room is mainly white with a large area, supplemented by low saturation log color, soft furniture and vibrant green plants, creating a leisurely space atmosphere.

电视墙只用了一排电视柜进行装饰，原木的色彩，落地的款式，既好看又方便打扫，后期即使想增加投影仪或电视机，空间也不会显得突兀。

The TV wall is decorated with only a row of TV cabinets. The color of the log and the style of the floor are good-looking and easy to clean.

一字型白色组合沙发和造型独特的圆形木茶几，是客厅区域当之无愧的主角。闲暇的午后，一家人慵懒的躺坐在沙发上谈天说地，和煦的阳光透过白纱洒向室内，好不愉悦！

The one-shaped white combination sofa and the round wooden tea table with unique shape are the worthy protagonists in the living room area.

客厅与茶室则由摆放在中间的沙发和中岛台完美划分，客厅为休闲娱乐区，茶室则兼顾书房用作学习，由于是开放式设计，因此这个区域也被赋予了互动和社交功能。

The living room and the tea room are perfectly divided by the sofa and Nakajima terrace placed in the middle.

“人间有味是清欢，偷得浮生半日闲。”是设计师为茶室打造的关键词。一整壁的书墙采用半开放式设计，既可储物又可用于展示。

"The world is full of fun, and it's a half day's leisure." It is a key word created by the designer for the tea room.

宽大而又平整的桌面，除了适用于品茗，也同样适用于“案牍”与“教学”。在周末的清晨，阳光斜斜的撒入室内，与孩子一起捧书闲读，充实内在，倦了就闭上眼小憩一会儿又或者发发呆，也是别样的幸福。

The broad and flat table top is not only suitable for drinking tea, but also suitable for "paperwork" and "teaching".

为了充分的利用每个平方，厨房采用U型布局。白色+原木色的整体配色，赋予厨房宽敞和整洁的空间氛围，即使被烟味包围，业主依旧能够感受自然的清晰与纯净。

In order to make full use of each square meter, the kitchen adopts a U-shaped layout.

原户型卫生间门正对床头，为了改善这窘迫的格局，设计师通过压缩次卧空间，为主卧腾出更多面积，后将主卫门洞下移，并将主卧浪费的过道空间改为衣帽间。

The toilet door of the original house is facing the bedside. In order to improve this embarrassing situation.

主卧床头背景墙以温馨的奶咖色作为主调，营造舒适温馨的休憩氛围。软装则选用造型简约、材质高档的家具，搭配亲肤简洁床品，窗帘特意选择了与床靠同色系，以协调空间视觉，让卧室显得更加质感舒适而统一。

The background wall at the head of the bed in the master bedroom takes the warm milk coffee color as the main tone to create a comfortable and warm rest atmosphere.

儿童房作为10岁孩子的居所，安全舒适为第一要务，选用0甲醛成品书桌椅靠窗摆放，充足的光线，孩子看书学习不伤眼。

As the residence of 10-year-old children, safety and comfort are the first priority. 0 formaldehyde finished desks and chairs are placed against the window. There is sufficient light.

柔软的床铺靠墙摆放为孩子营造满满的安全感，床靠是皮质包裹造型，让孩子背部倚靠有舒适的支撑，白色纱帘加全遮光布艺窗帘，视觉上助眠，营造轻松好眠的卧室氛围。

The designer designs the rest area according to the age of the two children. The older son's room is calm and low-key, and the younger son's room is slightly childlike.

次卫的空间较大采用了干湿分离设计，洗漱区布置白色实木悬空台盆柜+黑色原木化妆镜，空间美观又大方。

The space of the second bathroom is large, and the dry and wet separation design is adopted.

淋浴区墙、地面采用浅灰色瓷砖，灰色与白色的洗浴用品置入其中，空间风格简洁统一。

The walls and floors of the shower area are made of light gray tiles, and the gray and white bath articles are placed in them, with a simple and unified space style.
